Available Positions
Direct Support Coordinator (DSP)
The DSP helps individuals with developmental disabilities in the home to develop basic living skills. As a DSP you serve as the personal companion to the individuals and act as their supportive staff serving their need and working to build their independence. DSP is responsible for coordination and maintenance of the household.
Qualifications
Minimal Requirement:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license. CPR certification. Current experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. Must pass state background and registry check.
Program Manager
The program manager is responsible for the management of the facility and the individuals. They supervise the day-to-day operation of the home. They ensure the facility meets the highest sanitary, as well as licensing and certification standards. They also implement policies, practices and procedures deemed fit for the adult residential program.
Qualifications:
Minimal Requirement:
HS Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree from a college or university of recognized standing. Must have 3 or more years of experience in the human servicing field. A minimum of 2 years post graduate experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity. Must pass state background and registry check.
